Upgrades and Patches

 

If you’re looking for an upgrade or patches to your current version of VirtualUnknown™ Microbiology, you can proceed directly to the upgrades page.

 

 

Finally, if you are still experiencing problems. after perusing the FAQs and checking the upgrades and patches, send an email to support@intuitiveinc.com and a technical support representative will respond within 48 hours. Be sure to include the following information:

  • Software version
  • PC characteristics (processor, ram, disk space, etc.)
  • Operating System and version
  • Serial Number of the software (look at the Help->About box)
